Abstract

Migration is one of the main challenges of the 21st century. It is a complex and diversetopic with economic, social, and climate change aspects, among others. From a socialpoint of view, it is crucial to highlight the educational aspects of the topic, as a signifi-cant proportion of immigrants are integrated through public education. Although thereare many good practices related to the education of immigrants, the teaching of thephenomenon of migration itself within the subject of geography has been less empha-sized in previous research.
